Every piece is crafted with great care, time, and personal attention, and we begin working on your order shortly after it's received. We hope you understand that due to the custom nature of our creations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or if there's an issue on our part, please reach out within 3 days of receiving it—we’ll do our best to make it right.
